Your account

Provide accurate account details, keep your sign-in credentials private and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Some learning features require a verified email address. Tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Courses and assessments

Course access depends on the course’s published requirements and any access granted to your account. Complete assessments using your own work. Certificates are issued only when the recorded course and assessment requirements are met. A certificate records course completion; it does not guarantee employment, professional accreditation or any particular outcome.

Responsible use

Use learning resources and tools for lawful activities you are authorized to perform. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to access another person’s data, distribute account credentials or misuse assessment materials. Cybersecurity exercises must be performed only in environments where you have permission to test.

AI-generated content

AI responses can be inaccurate. Review outputs before relying on them or using them in production. You are responsible for the material you submit and for ensuring you have permission to process it.

Projects and paid services

Submitting a contact or booking request does not create a project agreement or confirm an appointment. Project scope, price, delivery, support and any refund arrangements are agreed separately in writing. Contact us about course access before making a payment outside the platform.

Availability and changes

Features and learning materials may change as the platform develops. We may need to interrupt access for maintenance or investigate misuse. Contact us for help if a course, account or certificate is not behaving as expected.
